TIT Group of institutions with its track record of ever expanding student base ensures quality inputs to develop students in various areas. Our training and placement team focuses on making the students competent by mentoring them right from the beginning till they get placed. To give them a good training exposure we have customized modules for different levels of students. We follow a “modular approach” and the seedling process starts in the first year.

Module 1 (For 1st Year Students)
Objective : To provide basic exposure to students.The module includes the following :

pronunciation.

3. Sessions on speed maths and calculation tricks.

4. Personal mentoring sessions.

Module 2 (For 2nd Year Students)
Objective :To stimulate students’ thought process
and generate interest and awareness in them.The module includes the following :1. Sessions on logical reasoning.

2. Sessions on Data interpretation.

3. Sessions on Corporate terminologies and spoken
English as used in companies.

4. Interactive sessions on group discussions,

elocution, public speaking skills and extempore.

5. Personal mentoring sessions.

Module 3 (For 3rd Year Students)
Objective :To develop students’ overall personalityand communication, and to provide them with the

simulation of actual campus tests which include

aptitude and language.

The module includes the following :

1. Sessions on Reading comprehension, Vocabulary

building, Grammar, Critical reasoning and Verbal ability.

2. Sessions on e mail writing, composition skills and

resume writing.

3. Sessions on Interview Diplomatics.

4. Sessions on Arithmetic, Algebra and Geometry.

5. Sessions on puzzle solving techniques.

6. One to one doubt clearing.

7. 40 topic wise online tests.

Module 4 (For 4thYear Students)
Objective :To provide customized inputs to studentsso that they take company specific tests and
interviews confidently.The module includes the following :

1. Advanced sessions on group discussion and

interviews with specific focus on handling of

different types of interviews.

2. Revision session on verbal ability.

3. Revision session on quantitative aptitude, data

interpretation and logical reasoning.

4. 30 company specific online tests.

5. Company specific mock interviews.

6. One to one doubts clearing.

These modules serve as an interface for students to transform themselves. The students, including those who start even at level zero in the first year of engineering become industry ready in their final year by improving their aptitude, personality and communication.
