  • About Department

    Department of Civil Engineering at TIT Excellence was established in 2010 and has continuously upgraded in terms of academics and infrastructure. Department offers full time graduation course i.e. BTech in Civil Engineering and post graduate i.e. MTech course in Construction Technology and Management (CTM). At present  intake of student in BTech is more than 150 including lateral entry students and intake of MTech is of 30 students.
    Our curriculum is a perfect balance between theoretical requirement and practical aspects of Civil Engineering. We also provide management and entrepreneurial scope in our coverage through proper training and evaluation techniques. We have well equipped updated laboratories. We emphasize more and more on project work, laboratory work and on civil engineering software, which is the current need of industry.
    We are committed to provide highest quality education to our student.

  • PEO1. Graduates will use and apply necessary mathematical tools, scientific basic, and fundamental concepts of Civil Engineering.

    PEO2. Graduate will demonstrate ability to analyze, design and develop civil engineering projects.

    PEO3. Graduates will be employable, exhibit professionalism, engaged in lifelong learning and demonstrate entrepreneurship skills.

  • PSO1. Applying knowledge of applied sciences and engineering for analyzing and solving civil engineering problems.

    PSO2. Application of civil engineering concepts concerning environment, ecology, energy conservation and management.

    PSO3. Software based planning and execution of civil engineering projects applying relevant codes of practice for materials and techniques.

  • Bridge Designing

    Two day National level workshop on bridge design & model making
    competition, organized by Civil Dept.13 teams & 65 Students participated September, 2019.

    Tall Building

    Tall building design workshop and model making competition , involving conceptual design , analysis and optimization.

    Participants :40 & 8 teams February 2018.

    Ms. Pallavi Jakata (M.Tech) received silver medal in CTM (M.Tech) stream of Civil Engineering from University
